1. Security Deposit and Pet Fee:

Yes, our policy is to charge a security deposit, typically one month’s rent. Any damages remain the tenant’s responsibility.

2. Property Maintenance:

We personally conduct periodic property inspections to ensure both the interior and exterior are well-maintained. If issues arise, we promptly inform you, and if there are recommendations for improvement, we discuss them with you.

3.Property Marketing:

We market through MSL, our website, and list your property on over 50 websites to maximize visibility.

4.Payment Processing:

We process all payments via ACH, ensuring owners receive their funds before the 15th of the month.

5.Tenant Qualifications:

Tenants must pass strict criteria in Criminal, Credit, and Employment checks.

6.Bill Payments:

We will pay any bills as per your preferences.

7.Owner Payments:

Owners receive their payments as soon as we receive the tenant’s payment.

8.Security Deposit Holding:

In most instances, we hold the security deposit in an interest-bearing account in the tenant’s name.
